Nicaragua

Pray that the Lord will develop His character in the students at Colegio Bautista Belen and that the students will be examples of His love.

Honduras

The administrator at Great Commission Academy would like us to pray that the Lord will help the school buy land for the construction of new school buildings. Also pray that the Lord will send more students to the school.

India

The principal of Hebron School asks that we pray for Parents’ Week, which will be taking place this month. Pray that this week will be a great time of encouragement, fellowship, and unity among the parents, students, and staff.

South Africa

Pray that God will provide a resource center manager for the Open School Project in Cape Town. Also pray that the training and equipping of volunteers in Hammanskraal, Pietersburg, and Soweto during the next few weeks will be effective.

Zambia

This week is the first outdoor education week for the students at Amano Christian School. Pray that the students will have a fun and safe week. Pray that they will develop character and perseverance and that they will gain a deeper understanding of the Lord. Pray for strength and wisdom for the staff.

Russia

Pray for Dr. Helen Vaughan, international schools consultant for Europe and Central Asia, as she visits the international Christian schools in St. Petersburg, Krasnador, and Moscow. Pray for her safety as she travels. Also pray that she will be able to encourage and challenge the personnel at these schools.

Romania

Pray for Logos Baptist High School in Bucharest as the leaders make decisions regarding the merging of the high school with Timotheus Christian School in the church building where Timotheus is located. There is a problem regarding who owns the land; pray that the church and school will be granted the right to keep the property.

Guatemala

Students from Redwood Christian School will work at Jose Gilberto Velasquez Christian School in Guatemala City for the next nine days. Pray that God will keep them safe and will give them a profitable time of ministry.

The Philippines

The school year is over for the schools in the Philippines; the new school year will begin in June. Grace Bible Academy in Baguio City will conduct summer school this month and next month. The staff ask that we pray for the salvation of students and parents who do not know the Lord.

Thailand

Pray that the accreditation visit this week for Grace International School in Chiang Mai will go well. The school also requests prayer about its property search, its relationship with neighbors, and its need for more faculty and staff in September.
